Specialist help from the IT department is necessary and the practicalities of gathering, communicating, and implementing requirements are time-consuming and error-prone. The complexity of the process and lack of good preview tools means that errors are frequently not spotted until the new alignments are deployed.
Fusion Integration has developed Fusion Assignment Builder (FAB) to help address these problems. FAB is designed to be powerful yet simple and safe to use. Its architecture is independent of any single CRM system but can integrate with any system exposing sufficient access. Adapters for Siebel 7.8 and Siebel 8.0. will be available at launch with others to be added in the future.
