"Our field force representatives previously submitted meetings expenses claims on paper forms and are now doing this directly in our Siebel CRM call reporting system.
We asked Fusion Integration to build interfaces between our CRM and Financial systems to supply the relevant data to our Financial system for payment, and receive back payment details for full reporting within Siebel CRM.
The new system for processing claims is easier, faster and more accurate for both the representatives and our financial team, and gives us the opportunity for greatly enhanced management information reporting."
